The music in Free Music Land, is given freely by its citizens for your usage in almost any way you see fit. The licenses here will give you the legal permission to use the songs on all platforms and mediums.
The only major requirement is that you give attribution (written credit) and a link back to their Free Music Land page. Otherwise, the license is invalid!
All FML music is the property of the artists/publishers who upload them.
All FML Artists allow their music to be used for free with Attribution.
You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
YOU GIVING CREDIT is the most vital part of the exchange. If you do not give credit, forever bad juu-juu upon you and your family.
When downloading a song, you will be given an option to download the license as a pdf which will contain the the preferred attribution. It will also contain the full license for your records.
FML is working on tools to help seamlessly integrate the licensing with your content. Please help support our mission.
One goal of Creative Commons is to increase the amount of openly licensed creativity in “the commons” — the body of work freely available for legal use, sharing, repurposing, and remixing. Through the use of CC licenses, millions of people around the world have made their photos, videos, writing, music, and other creative content available for any member of the public to use.
